Somatic Wellness Sessions
Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs, your goals, and your nervous system. Together we may explore restorative movement, mindfulness practices, breathwork, nervous system education, grounding exercises, or other body-based approaches that support healing.

There is no pressure to perform—we simply begin where you are.

About Willow Green Pond

Nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Willow Green Pond is a private, off-grid retreat venue surrounded by nature. With a pond-side deck, yurt, and garden spaces, it offers a peaceful and grounding setting for personal healing and women’s gatherings.

Today I attended a women’s wellness gathering held at the Nature’s Whole Food Depot. It was pretty special since I was treated to a one on one session! I learned a new calming practice called Vagal Humming. What a beautiful way to feel calm and centered!
I also learned an unusually different way to release tension in the neck and shoulders. Not to mention how it took away a muscular skeletal headache at the same time! Pretty great stuff, can’t wait to be able to learn more at her pond in nature.
I know I left today feeling more grounded, less stressed & no headache! Not to mention meeting a new friend as well.
Carrie has a unique way of connecting and really looking forward to learning more. Thank you,

Debbie T.
